Redmi 7A price
In China, Redmi 7A is available in two storage variants – 2GB RAM/16GB storage and 2GB RAM/32GB storage – that are priced at CNY 549 (approximately Rs 5,500) and CNY 599 (approximately Rs 6,000) respectively. The India pricing of the handset will be announced today at the Redmi 7A launch event and it is expected to cost similarly to the variant that has been launched in China. The device will be available on Flipkart and Mi.com.

The Redmi 7A has support for dual SIM cards and it runs Android 9.0 Pie skinned with MIUI 10. The handset sports a 5.45-inch HD (720×1440 pixels) display that has an aspect ratio of 18:9. Powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 SoC, it comes with 2GB of RAM and is available in 16GB and 32GB storage variants. For more storage users can install a microSD card in the smartphone.
On the imaging front, the handset features a 12MP features a 12MP Sony IMX486 sensor coupled with an LED flash. This is something that is different from the Chinese variant of the device that came with a 13MP sensor. For selfies and video calls, there is a 5MP front-facing snapper that has support for AI Facial Unlock. The smartphone houses a 4,000mAh battery and for connectivity, it has options like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, and, a Micro-USB port.
